52 photographs (2018) #36: Is there a beach around here somewhere?
Now, a very long walk around town — almost ten kilometres. Unseasonably warm weather. In the 20th arr. we find a building site — transformed into a beach. Gravel on the ground. Is it because there are no parks nearby? Or because sitting on gravel is cool?

Fascinating Henry, the only place in Paris where you don’t find a yellow jacket is on a building site.
Unlike London where there would a thirty foot high barrier fence, with loads of yellow jacketed men sitting at the periphery smoking quietly, so as not to disturb the neighbours, as the juggernauts hurtle by and the jumbo jets fly overhead.
Great snap, the cushion and deckchair were obviously brought with serious intent.
